Master Update CD

This is the auto display that comes up when the Master Update CD is inserted in your CD drive. If your machine is set to 640x480 resolution you may not see the gold buttons on the right. If these buttons are not visible you may browse the CD using Windows Explorer or change your screen resolution to 800x600. To make the screen disappear press ALT F4 or the bottom Exit button.

Install EUREKA - Launch the EUREKA installer. (CD-drive:\Disk1\setup.exe)
Run EUREKA - Run EUREKA from the CD. (CD-drive:\EUREKA\eureka32.exe)
Explore CD - Use My Computer to see the contents of the CD.
Install Acrobat Reader - Install Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.01 - so you can view the PDF's. (CD-drive:\adobe.exe)
View Readme - Read the latest about installing EUREKA and any known bugs. (CD-drive:\readme.txt)
View PDF's - Open the CD folder containing the PDF files. Double click on a PDF to open it in Acrobat Reader. (CD-drive:\PDF\)
Exit - Make this screen go away.

How do I install EUREKA with the CD?

If you have not installed the enhanced version before and have protection software disable the protection software so that it will not restart when the machine reboots.
Put the CD in the CD drive (with the image facing up). Wait for the menu to display.

If the menu does not appear

Click on the CD drive in Windows Explorer.
Double-click on autorun.exe

Click the top button "Install EUREKA".

Stand-alone Installation

If you wish to change the installation location, do so. Otherwise, press Continue.
Select Enhanced
If there is not enough disk space, you will get an error message and the installer will quit. Reinstall and select Standard.
Follow the online instructions.

Network Installation (On file server)

Select the file server drive.
Select Network.
Follow the online instructions.
